This is a measure of how important google thinks your page is, it’s based on many factors. The most important factor used in determining the page rank is incoming links. The number of incoming links and the page rank of the pages that are linking to your page. Google assigns a page rank in the range 0-10. A page rank of 0 being the lowerst and a page rank of 10 being the highest.

2. Your search engine ranking for various keywords.
Most people use google as their preferred search engine. Once they do a search on google for a keyword or key phrase, they will decide how relevant your blog/ blog page is by how high up it is listed in the search result.
3. Alexa Rank
This is a ranking of your blog provided by Alexa Internet. It’s based on how many visitors are coming into your blog and the incoming links.
This is however not as trusted as google page rank as it relies on users installing an addon to their browser to provide data for creating the alexa rank.
